How is my order packaged to ensure freshness?
All ElkUSA products are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to maintain a deep-frozen state during transit.
Where do you ship your meat products?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require expedited air services to ensure the product remains frozen.
Are your elk and bison grass-fed?
Yes, our animals are raised on open pastures and are primarily grass-fed. We never use growth hormones or subtherapeutic antibiotics in our herds.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How long can I store the meat in my freezer?
Our vacuum-sealed meats can be stored in a standard freezer for up to 12 months without loss of quality or flavor.
